You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, subject to the following:
If you received the product in error, or the product was damaged in transit, “Got Green?” will gladly pay for the return shipping costs and product replacement or issue a credit for the full invoice amount.
If the correct product was received that was ordered by the buyer, in good condition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee if it’s been over 30 days.
